Missing archived data

Hello, there is on the site some archived data. However there is no available data for the England Premier Leagues for 01 - 03 January 2019.
This is only a draft view. Hopefully no further data is missing... Besides data retriver seems not to be working... As stated by other users since 2018...

04 and 05 December /2018 matchplay data is missing as well...

The tool Data retriever was not working during the period from July 8, 2019 until the end of August, 2019 when the new version 2.75 had been released.
Scoresway.com seazed to work on July 8, 2019, and it was the reason for Data retriever to stop working too.

Since September, 2019 Data retriever v.3 works well as shown on the screenshot. Moreover, DR3 works much faster than DR2.

Archive data at http://www.newhavensoft.net/oddsarchive.htm is presented for the reference purpose, and it does not pretend on the completeness.
You can create the same archive from within the program using File > Export all odds.

Thank you for your support Alex. In fact all is running ok. I have to acknowledge that issue is coming from starting the application as a user and not "as administrator".
So all user shall start the application "as Administrator" in order to avoid issues with applications capabilities.

Besides - note to pay special attention to the "local time&date" settings. Where applying local date settings is interfering with OW "Performance analysis staring date", "purge games before/after" options etc... all related to the date format.
