Hi Alex, I've been a linux user, off and on, for about 8 years now and I'm currently dual booting my laptop with XP and Ubuntu installed. As i'm using linux more and more, i'd like to be able to use OW whatever operating system i'm using. I've managed to get OW to work under Wine and it's asking for a registration key. As i'd like to keep my XP key, does my OW license entitle me to a second key? As i don't even know if it'll work correctly in linux, i don't want to buy a second license. I've attached the code at the bottom if this is allowed. Thanks for any help, Theuth. #3FD6E40030C6B60231D31A0FCBACBACB7BD1B9850EF5F9A0# |

The above ID code doesn't produce valid reg key. Linux (and its flavors) does not support functions that are usually used to identify PC of registered user running OS Windows. Under Linux, Odds Wizard can work only in a shareware (unregistered) mode. However we will start to search alternative options towards OW & Linux registered mode. Quote:
You have an option to install OW on a flash disk and register it on one of your computers. Afterwards, you can run OW on your flash disk from any computer. |

Ok thanks Alex. Quote:
Is this why I get a different ID code each time I run OW in linux? Quote:
I think I'll be taking you up on this option in the near future. Cheers, Theuth. |

No, different ID codes may produce the same reg key in Windows as well. Quote:
Ok. Have a good day! |
