You have showed first time odds. OW usually uses total bases (Total) close to the estimated values, while sportsbooks prefer to use semi-integer values like 0.5, 1.5, etc. Fortunately, user is able to enter those missing values manually, and press <Enter> to see market odds in the next two columns '<' - Under, and '>' - Over.
At the same time, it is a good idea to improve OW by adding closest available market total (or AHO) bases.

1. Addition for the Total market: Uncheck the option 'Allow quarter-integral totals', and more total market odds will be available.
2. We have checked market odds for Europa league. Market odds are available almost at all sportsbooks, although some sportsbooks may skip some events.
