Is there any web page like "soccerway" or "hockeyway" where we can create basketball leagues and update resuts and fixtures ?

I guess you mean European basketball leagues. Yes, there is a site flashscore.com where current or recent games can be updated. Unfortunately, it does not provide past games over depreciation period for the statistical analysis. So if you find past games yourselves for at least 3 years, then it is possible to add some eurobasket leagues.
