Those arrows designate significant changes in the ratings/intotals of teams over the last 200 days period. Red arrows stand for the increase, and blue arrows stand for the decrease.

Those arrows are visible in the latest version of Odds Wizard.

how can i get the latest version ?

my current system reads: version 2.20 / build 2.2.0.700

nevermind i found the link...i see the new build is 2.2.0.718; my question now is this....all the customized leagues i have built so far and all my calibrations on the depreciation periods for the leagues i work with, when i make this new download, will they be automatically transfer to the new version or do i have to re-do them ?

They must be retained and will work with any new build. When you uninstall OW, click No when asked whether to delete league (lea) files. By the way, the latest build is 2.0.0.767.

one have to uninstall OW first and then download again, the updates don't land on top of the already existing version....?

Sure, updates do land on the top of existing version without deletion of custom leagues. I just warned against occasional deletion during uninstallation process.
