World Cup 2014

I had a quick look at the World Cup in Brazil, putting all the groups in to oddswizard and running the tournament analysis. Apparently Honduras is a 100% lock to win their group which at $21 seems like I could be set to retire. Has anyone got much experience with tournament analysis that could give me a hint on what I'm doing wrong?
