Just noticed a strange behaviour by OW.
If I did a basic update for the 1st round for wta tennis in the match Cepelova-Duque the value was on Duque with odds ~2. After the express update and the match was finished now Cepelova would have been the value selection with odds~2.
what does that mean?

Nothing strange. Basic update may revert to the previous state while express update gives the last minute info. The odds change accordingly.
