Live score update broken?

I have been noticing for at least the past couple of weeks the live score update in Odds Wizard is not working. It's a huge deal, but was nice to have on occasion. The Internet update of leagues, odds, and upcoming fixtures/games still work no problem (which is the main thing)

Just wondering if this is a known issue or something specific to me?

As far as I could observe, no such problem was experienced by users during the last weeks. Otherwise we would be flooded by complaints. Anyway, we'll look closer to the process of live updates from various locations.

Is there anything I can submit that might help? Are there any log files or screenshots that would be useful?
