Change setting from Decimal to Probability

Is there a way to change the default setting on the Odds / Notation tab from Decimal to Probabilty % for all leagues?

At the moment, there is no suitable way to set default setting for the notation in all leagues. However your request is reasonable, and we will change the scope of this setting for all leagues in the next release.
