Using Odds Wizard on Chromebook?

Hi,
Anyone tried to install Odds Wizard on a Chromebook? I have tried using the standard Linux terminal on the Chromebook, but it seems like it is not possible with a .exe file. Any ideas and help to a newbie in this forum?
