1. In your second stake, presumably you ignored upward market trend at almost all sportsbooks for that event (gray cell).
2. Even though you did everything right, you must realize that (fair odds) = 100 / probability %. So there is no any guarantee that your bet will definitely win. But we can say that it will win in 100/(fair odds 2.05) = 49 cases out from 100 attempts, i.e. hypothetical series of 100 matches between the same teams.
