The 2015 algo indicates value bet for Dortmund based on opening or closing odds but the 2002 give Value for Kiel the underdog

I'm confused here, I wanna now how 2015 algo enhance probabilités and what's the diff between these two algos

Comparison of algorithms for a single event has no sense. Only large array statistics does the matter. Open "Tools > Performance analysis" for Bundesliga and compare figures there for 2002 and 2015.

Nonsense is DP = 25 days! It means that games played during just past 25 days do the matter in all calculations. Depreciation period for Bundesliga must be 900-1100 days.
