Number of bets - better more or less bets?

I m a new member here in the forum, but using OW now a while. I m still in my learning curve, and read nearly every topic in the forum. But one question is still unclear for me:

Is it better to put more bets into SW for the Stake calculation or does the number of bets not matter for the Z ave% or R95 value?
Does it make more sense to have for example 3 blocks with bets to 5 bets each, or 1 block with 15 bets?

If we leave the settings in SW at default (accumulator 6, target 10-tmies from bank roll, 95% prob, ect, I understood that the minimum we should have in the SW should be 3 bets. But Z ave is in this case very low. The more bets I put into SW with L>F, the more the Z ave value increases. But depending on my bankroll I assume that at some point SW can't make double parlays out from the selection, I get only single bets. At this point I think that somewhere Z ave will decrease again? So is it possible to determine the optimum number of bets?

How many bets in average do you have in your SW selections?
