No Trend Hints

I had to re-install the OW. Once I did, all I see is the unfavorable trend hints (blue color). How come I can not see the green favorable ones?

To view green shades manually: Odds > Bwin odds or press F2
To view green shades automatically: Internet > Automatically fetch line odds.
To view green shades automatically: Internet > Automatically fetch line odds.
