New build 2.9.0.1046 fixes problem with USB installation

Some users who installed Odds Wizard on USB device complained that most leagues have not been downloaded during installation.
The problem could be resolved at the users level by setting ON the option: Options > Internet > Automatically download new leagues.
In the new release, this option is turned ON by default. New release contains also some other adjustments. To take effect, this fix
requires download and installation of new package. Update of just executable file is not sufficient.
