Updating leagues

Recently, I have some problems updating leagues. On some days, it doesn't update at all,especially NBA, NHL etc. Anyone facing the same problem?

If you can't get updates using Internet -> Basic update, then try to use Internet -> Express update which updates up to the current minute. However the latter may not update earlier games more than 3 days old.

We have checked everything, and both kinds of updates are working well now.

i have been having the same problem. today i got no NBA at all, and it still wont update...whats the deal????

NBA has been updated, just checked. Note that basic updates may appear somewhat later, e.g. in several hours upon completion of games, while express updates are available instantly. So if you miss latest updates upon using Internet -> Basic update (or radar button), try to use Internet -> Express update.

The above pertains not only to completed games, but also to the fixtures. If the fixtures are not displayed upon all types of update, use Fixtures -> Show new fixtures. Note that behaviour of this command is controlled by two options: 1) Show new fixtures, rounds, and 2) Round date tolerance, days.

I have similar frustrations Alex. It seens that certain line odds are not available at times even though the odds are available on the Bwin and Bet365 websites. For example, right now, the English Premier League line odds are not available. This happens quite often with a range of leagues. Other than this issue, OW continues to be a great product.

Do you have any advice?

Last bwin odds were updated well (pls look at attachment). However there may be short period ~1h around GMT midnight when bwin odds are unavailable due to the timeshift error at the resource web server. The latter pertains to certain locations. We are constantly working on this problem, and I strongly recommend to install latest releases as they appear on the download page of our web site. At least one location has reported that there is no problem anymore.

Hi Alex,

Still have the same problem with the newest build of version 2.10.

Eg right now in the English Premier League line odds are available for Birmingham v Wigan but no other matches in that league. This is frustrating because I usually like to place bets a few days ahead of time to get the best odds. Could you recommend anything?

Yes. In particular, there will be more control over the algorithms.
