Show New Fixtures Button

Hi Alex,

Thinking about future improvements, two big improvements that would help me:

1) Button to show new fixtures for all leagues. At the moment there is the option for each individual league but I have to click it for every league and this takes some time
2) Page with matches from all leagues in chronological order so it is easy to see upcoming games on one page

Overall great program.
