mlb pitcher data is it in it?
I think the model can be made more accurate when the pitcher vs. pitcher , etc. is integrated in the model?
Is it already done? If not then maybe as a suggestion, if this is possible?

In e-mail exchanges, Alex admitted that it was not. As such, the program can not be used. For MLB, I mean, not the other sports. It isn't possible to express how important the pitcher is in MLB because there is nothing like it in any other team sport. Let's just say pitching is half of baseball (the defense, essentially), pitchers can only pitch about every 4th game, and the daily odds fluctuation stems almost entirely upon them.

And what was the view of Alex of his model without pitcher data?
Still good enough in his opinion?

I asked a similar question in this thread viewtopic.php?f=1&t=179#p362 and Alex response was only that OddsWizard does not factor that in but offered really no further comment. The question/suggestion I made in the final post in that thread has been left unanswered.
