I think OW gives 2-3% too low probabilities for draw. And maybe the same amount too much for home win. At least in leagues I´m using (Finland,Sweden and NHL) that can be seen also in performance analysis.

Indeed, the number of calculated draws is less that actual number by 2-3% (except of Slovakia) due to imperfection in statistical distributions of scored goals in the ice hockey.

We're already aware of that minor discrepancy, and going to undertake additional research efforts to improve properties of statistical distributions for the ice hockey, and maybe other sports as well.
