Importing/updating fixtures

How can I add fixtures when manually updating a league using the "Update from file" option and importing the data from an .xls file? I can successfully import the historical scores, e.g. for basketball from the .xls file I have created but if my file includes upcoming games i.e. using same structure as for the historical data but with no score, those upcoming games do not show up in the games table and the "Show new fixtures" option is greyed out.

Just fill up G1 and G2 for the upcoming fixtures by 255 in the XLS.

Do you mean filling each column for G1 and G2 with a string e.g. blank space that is 255 chars long?

Think I figured out what you meant. Tested filling out each column with the score 255 and that seemed to have worked.

That's right. There must be 255:255 scores in the columns G1 and G2.
