Ratings after promotion/relegation

I would like to see some way to get more accurate predictions with promoted/relegated teams. Now for example promoted teams get often too high rating for at least early season. Maybe some kind of static rating or somekind of correction rating (f.ex. -0,100) for these teams could be used.

Also I would like to see in games table when looking teams latest games the column where you could see rating difference of teams. Would help a lot in comparing latest performances as you could see how good opponent teams have been.
