Add more results in tennis

How do I add new rider to an existing file "singles"and the results of their former matches, save it in a new file. And the new file to the same update.

Tennis leagues can be updated manually as well as those for other sports. In particular, you may add new players in the teams table as well as new matches in the games table. Look at the manual "Odds Wizard Guide" (F1) for details.

When saving to a new file, keep in mind that automatic updates will not be available to that file. Only 105 predefined league files are updated automatically when you either press radar button or choose menu item(s) "Internet -> Basic update" or "Internet -> Express update".
