The following steps may fix the problem.

1. Open menu at your computer desktop: "Start -> Control Panel"
2. Choose "Regional and Language Options"
3. Choose tab "Advanced"
4. Select language for non-Unicode programs "English (UK)"
5. Check all boxes in front of "ANSI Latin" and "ISO Latin"
6. Click "Apply".

V for venue.
If checked OW calculates odds for a neutral venue.

Neutral venue means that there is no home team. Both teams are playing away of their home stadium. For example, matches for UEFA Supercup are always played on a neutral ground.

Alex,
If I do this, my other software cannot the normal work.So I can only setup and restart my computer time and time again.
Therefore I make a suggestion.
1/4 change to 0.25; 1/2 change to 0.5; 3/4 change to 0.75 ... and so on
