Dear Alex,

I've recently acquired a new PC (just like I did 2 years back) and I'd need your advice on how to proceed with the new activation code for my newly installed OW.

If I remember correctly, I'd need to press some weird combination on the PC and then emailing you the code generated.

Please kindly advice.

You need to generate an ID code on your new PC, and send it to me.

Follow this simple procedure carefully, step by step.

1. Open File -> Register.
2. Do nothing, and close the program.
3. Start composing new email message, press Ctrl-V, or choose menu Edit->Paste.
ID code string will be inserted automatically.
4. Send the message to me.
